Parent-child aerial yoga is a very playful and fun form of yoga you can do with your child to strengthen your bond. We will use various breathing techniques in an accessible way, allowing you and your child to relax. Aerial yoga adds an extra fun factor to this type of yoga. The aerial yoga hammock supports you and lets the child play with gravity, flying through the air, climbing, and some acrobatics. As a mom, you choose whether to let your child experiment in the hammock or if you want to bring out the child in yourself. Ideal for children aged 5 to 12.
