Jade Yoga was born from a desire to create a place where you can slow down.
Where you don't have to perform, but can simply be yourself.

I'm Jade.
A night owl with a great love for silence, depth and authentic conversations.
Yoga brought me back to my body, my breath, and my feelings.
It helped me let go of fears I once thought would always follow me, even my phobia of spiders. Today, I'm mostly curious about what fear is trying to tell me.
My classes are gentle, honest, and tailored to individual needs.
I believe that yoga truly works when you feel safe and don't have to hide anything, not even your doubts or your off days.
In my studio in Roeselare, I invite you to land.
On your mat, within yourself, and in the moment.
Passion for Yoga
Yoga has taught me to listen.
To my body, my boundaries, and my intuition, even when my mind would rather keep going.
I love to share this experience in my classes.
Not by striving for perfection, but by making space for what is, even if that means restlessness, questions, or slowness.
Besides yoga, you can often find me with friends, in the sauna, in the forest, or simply on the floor, philosophizing about life.
Or with sushi, that too.
Whether you come for relaxation, growth, or connection, I'd love to walk a part of the path with you.

My Training
My learning path has always been intuitive: I follow what resonates with me, deepens my understanding, and brings solace. Since 2010, I've gathered training programs that shape my teaching style — playful, energetic, body-oriented, and always with gentleness.
- Nutrition & Dietetics (2010) – my first step in understanding the body and energy.
- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – All Yoga Thailand (2017) – my foundation as a yoga teacher.
- Aerial Yoga – Aerial Yoga Nederland (2017) – with specializations in aerial nidra, slow flow, acrobatics, yin, fascia & Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Handstand – Yuval on Hands (2019) – strength, focus, and playfulness.
- Acro Yoga – AcroPlay (2019) – connection, trust, and movement.
- Soulful Yin Yoga – Annie Au (2020) – deepening into energetic and emotional bodywork.
- Stay Sensual, Stay Sane – Intimichi Michelle Hufkens (2024) – embodiment, sensuality, and nervous system regulation.
- Bushcraft year-long course – Outdoor School (2024) – nature as a teacher.

I am proud to be E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified.

In addition to yoga classes in the studio, I also guide corporate yoga and workshops.
I strongly believe in the importance of peace and mindfulness in the workplace. With corporate yoga, I create moments of deceleration, connection, and breathing space within organizations.
