For whom?
This program is for you if you:
- want to gently support your body with yoga and "ancient" techniques
- are open-minded and non-judgmental
- want to work on e.g. sugar cravings, intestinal complaints, skin/inflammation, energy
We consciously select who is and who is not (yet) ready for this program.
Not suitable or extra cautious with e.g.:
(possible) pregnancy, diabetes, anorexia/eating disorder history, hypertension, etc.
This is not a medical program and not medical advice. We provide tools and suggestions.
Inform your general practitioner if you follow this program, especially with a medical history or medication.
Do you have an autoimmune disease? Intestinal complaints? Sugar addiction?
Then this program might be extra interesting, but we will first assess this during the intake.
